FAQ

1) The medical locker can be checked by Regenboog Shipping Pharmacy when the vessel calls a port in the Netherlands or Belgium. Other locations on request.

The officer in charge can send an up-to-date inventory list to us.

2) If a vessel has nog inventory list, Regenboog Shipping Pharmacy can send a medical inventory list. This inventory list is in accordance with the madatory requirements based on the regulations as prescribed by the country of flag registration.

3) This received inventory list is filled in by the responsible officer on board and sent to Regenboog Shipping Pharmacy.

4) Regenboog Shipping Pharmacy will make a quotation for the replacement of the used and/or the expired items.

5) After receiving the confirmation on te quotation Regenboog Shipping Pharmacy will send the order with a new certificate to the specified addresss. This address can be worldwide.

6) On request, your inventory can be kept up-to-date regarding the mandatory stock. Our computerized periodical check up will notice us and we will inform you.
